For our final meal we arrived at a big American-style house with a big American-style kitchen, with friends and family gathered around the dining table it was almost like being in a cooking show.

Meal #5

Hanging out with Laura and her group of new and long lost friends in Fallowfield. Her very efficient kitchen with a door that opens directly to the outside, was the perfect thing to keep us all from choking on sichuan peppercorn smoke.

Meal #4

Ruth graciously invited us into her cosy home and kitchen. With friends and family gathered around the table, we learned about fish finger sandwiches as we chopped cabbage and smashed ginger.

Meal #3

Out to Rochdale and to the beautiful ladies at Rose Court. We barely fit into their tiny kitchen, but it was a fabulous evening with salad and noodles.

We arrived at the Berry's beautiful home and kitchen and was greeted with chinese teapots, chinese sorghum wine and their lovely family.

our first night was a great group of foodies from australia and the UK who had us over to their kitchen. on the menu was:
